mooloolaba underwater world
on the 12th of march i went to the city of mooloolaba. i can pronounce that now. at the time i wasn't even able to spell it. =)
anyhow. that city is gorgeous.
so cute and laidback, a real surfertown. i loved it.
the underwater world was small, much smaller than i thought it would be. i wish all the animals would have bigger cages. imagine having to live in the same cage all your life... you wake up, and yeeeaah, you've seen this place before. a lot of times. there is like nothing new to explore or do.
it's too bad. and like for the tassie devils, they pretty much have to live caged now since they're dying in the wild cause of that cancer disease they get.
well, off topic. back to underwater world.
my fav animals are the otters. i sat there for half an hour just watching these little creatures swim around, play and snuggle eachother.
i'm such a nerd. i really am. animals make me cry. just like that. i was sitting there and my eyes filled up with tears.
and i'm like, gosh, what a heck? yes they're cute but why do i feel so emotional looking at cute animals. i don't know.
but it always happens.
like in california looking at the lion cub at the big cat sanctuary. i had to turn away and wipe the tears off. it was just soo emotional and soo beautiful to see that lion cub and hear him make all these cute baby lions noises.
i don't think i can have my own babies. i'm gonna become obsessed with them. i'm just gonna stick with being a nanny and have tons of animals.
underwater world here i come!
at a first glance, i thought it said seal husband area and i was like, ok,..huh? the divide the males from the females... oh well... but then i looked again and was like aaaaha. =P
give me an otter now! i love their little paws and their cheeky faces. they look like they would be superfun pets
cozed up!
you could play with the seals. it wasn't expensive and i thought about doing it. but then i realized, how am i gonna be able to swim in a pool first of all... second of all, the pool probably has all these disgusting things in it for the seals. like ropes and floating islands and iewww, yeah i shrugged just thinking about going into that pool. so no, i don't think i'll be able to enjoy a swim with seals or dolphins. damn. i need to go to therapy for my fobia
bluuuach! this spider crab or whatever it was called was sooo disgusting. it's like 1 meter long. like a giant spider, but underwater...
there are reasons i don't wanna swim in the australian waters... this is one of them
hoho, funny looking seal!
gorgeous house
i looove this house! just look at the colors. so cool!
mooloolaba boats, so cute
